We seek a qualified teacher for five high school classes per day of some combination of World History, US History, and US Government. Our Southern Baptist-related boarding school for grades 6-12 has about 275 multi-national students, 20% Christians/80% non-Christians. The multi-denominational, committed Christian faculty/staff is respectfully evangelistic in its attitude and practice. Outside the regular school day, many opportunities exist for mentoring students in praise band, drama, sports, pep band, FFA, 4-H, student council, Baptist Campus Ministry, etc. in conjunction with other faculty/staff. Compensation package includes a modest 12-month cash salary, school-supplied and school-maintained housing, major appliances, basic utilities, medical/dental insurances, 21 meals per week, relocation allowance, and an annual incremental increase. If married, both spouses must work for the school and both receive a salary. There is a birth-to-5th-grade daycare/staff school for children of faculty/staff members.
