THE HIRING PROCESS
The hiring process consists of submitting an application and résumé, evaluation of your credentials, one or more interviews, and job skill testing as appropriate.
In the Application for Employment, you will be asked to agree with and sign InterVarsity’s Statement of Agreement. You will also be asked to sign a Consent and Release Agreement.
Any offer received for a position with InterVarsity Press is conditional on the completion and review of a background check.
If you are hired, each year you will be asked to re-affirm and sign InterVarsity’s Statement of Agreement.
